How long does it take to install hair extensions?
It takes approximately 3 hours for half a head and 4 to 5 hrs for a full head
How long do hair extensions last?
You can wear them temporarily for a special occasion but with correct aftercare and maintenance your extension should last 2 – 3 months.
Can Hair Extensions be Returned or Exchanged?
Due to Sanitary/Health concerns there are no returns or exchanges on Hair Extensions or Wigs.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, orders can be placed over the phone. You can call us during regular business hours at 093744 222 .If you are call is outside business hours, please leave your contact information. We will contact you on our next business day.
Received a wrong or defected item?
Customers who receive a wrong or defected items should please contact us at +64 9 3744 222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 3 days of delivery date. Your shipping will be reimbursed once we receive the package. Once we receive the item, our office will contact you for further assistance.
Please note If the item is not wrongly shipped by us or not originally defected by a manufacturer, no refund will be issued. Customer would have to send us a prepaid postage, so we can ship it back to you.
Do you have all Items listed online?
We only load items that we have in stock. But In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you immediately on receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item. In the event you decide to cancel the order, we will refund fully money immediately to the customer.
How long does it take to ship an order in New Zealand?
If you place your order before 12pm most orders will process and ship the same day. E.g. orders placed Monday before 12pm will be shipped same day and customers can expect package on Tuesday. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process your order before being shipped due to payment not received. Should you need your order urgently please contact us to advise the best payment option.
Under no circumstance due we ship items if payment is not showing in our account. Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends are not counted in shipping times.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
What shipping service do you use?
We use Courier Post which is an overnight service for most shipping services in New Zealand. In special circumstances other services may be used.
We offer Free Shipping on any order over $100.00, shipped within New Zealand.
Risk of Loss
All packages once shipped are the responsibility of the recipient. We would not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information provided or lost/stolen packages. We will do our best to assist you but we will not look into missing shipments until 1-3 working days after shipment for domestic packages, 30 business days for international.
We send orders worldwide delivering product(s) to most countries throughout the world. As a general guide, approximate delivery timescales after dispatching your product(s) are 3-10 working days. You can choose a shipping fees once you have proceeded to the checkout.
Customers outside New Zealand are responsible to find out about restrictions & prohibitions of your own country about certain items or ingredients. Due to the fact that each country has different restrictions & prohibitions about import, we just send your order under your responsibility. Please note customers outside New Zealand are responsible for customs & duties if any apply.
